Effective for: CloneX – AI Avatar & Talking Photo Generator
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the CloneX mobile app ("App", "Service"), operated by Your AI Army LLC ("Company", "we", "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
• Install and use CloneX on an iOS device you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
You may not:
• Modify, reverse engineer, or copy the App
• Use the App to create harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Upload content you do not have rights to
• Bypass paywalls, remove credits, or abuse the service
3. User-Generated Content
The App allows you to upload:
• Photos (which may contain your face)
• Voice recordings (optional)
• Scripts or text
• Resulting videos or media
By uploading content, you confirm:
• You have the necessary rights or permission
• You grant CloneX limited permission to process your content for the purpose of generating your requested output
• You understand that processing is temporary and purpose-specific
We do not claim ownership of your content. You keep full rights over the content you create.
4. Face Photos & Voice Data (Sensitive Media Processing)
CloneX processes photos and audio only to generate your avatar video.
You agree that:
• Uploaded face photos are sent to our animation provider (A2E API) to generate your talking photo
• Voice samples are sent to ElevenLabs to generate AI speech
• Both photos and audio are not used to identify you
• We do not extract biometric identifiers, faceprints, voiceprints, or facial geometry
• Temporary files are deleted after processing
• Your content is stored only if you choose to save it in your account
You must NOT upload:
• Photos of other people without consent
• Celebrity images
• Sensitive or illegal material
• Copyrighted images you do not own
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to:
• Impersonate others using AI-generated content
• Create misleading or harmful videos
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person
• Upload violent, explicit, hateful, or illegal images
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or misuse CloneX
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
CloneX offers paid features via Apple's In-App Purchases.
When you purchase:
• Payment is processed securely by Apple, not by CloneX
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• CloneX does not provide refunds — Apple handles refunds
• Prices, terms, and subscription durations are clearly displayed in the App
7. Account Deletion
CloneX allows you to delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete Account
When you delete your account:
• All uploaded images, videos, scripts, and voice samples are deleted
• All account information is permanently removed
• This action cannot be undone
