❓ Frequently Asked Questions

1. I cannot generate an avatar or video.

Try the following:

  • • Check your internet connection
  • • Ensure you are using the latest app version
  • • Restart the app
  • • Verify you have available credits or an active subscription

If the issue continues, email us and our team will help.

2. My voice cloning or talking-photo feature isn't working.

Please ensure:

  • • Microphone permission is enabled
  • • You are in a quiet environment
  • • You are providing a clear audio sample
  • • The uploaded photo meets requirements (good lighting, face visible)

3. How do I restore purchases?

On iOS:

  1. Open CloneX
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Restore Purchases

If you still can't restore purchases, email support and we'll verify your receipt manually.

4. My generated video isn't loading or saved.

Try:

  • • Refresh your internet connection
  • • Restart the app
  • • Check if the file saved in the My Videos section

🗑️ Account Deletion / Data Removal

You may delete your account and all associated data anytime inside the app:

CloneX App → Settings → Delete Account

This will instantly remove:

  • • Account information
  • • Uploaded photos
  • • Voice samples
  • • Generated videos
  • • Saved avatars

If you cannot access the app and need remote deletion, email us at:

Include the email connected to your account.
